ART GEO CREW ON THE MOVE!
The ArtGeo Crew visited Cuchifritos Gallery at 120 Essex Street, between Delancey and Essex. Cuchifritos is an art gallery/project space located inside a neighborhood food market- the Essex Street Market. This location brings the community into the gallery. Cuchifritos? mission is to show contemporary art that relates to community and social issues. We met Felicity Hogan, the curator of the current show, ?Communist Gala?. All of the artwork was under $100.00 and was created by artists and bought by artists.
