WHAT DOES CONEY ISLAND MEAN TO YOU?

Joe Siametta is very passionate about Coney Island. He has worked there for 41 years. When he was 13, he took his first ride on the fastest roller coaster in Coney, the Tornado, and it was his favorite! Joe has worked on every major roller coaster out here, the Cyclone, Tornado, Thunderbolt, Bobsled and on the Wonder Wheel. Sadly, some of these rides no longer exist. Joe loves the history of Coney Island and is an avid collector. Like many people here, he is concerned about the development plans for Coney Island. He fears it's rich history could be wiped out by the building of condos in and near the amusement district. We shall see...
